General Purpose:
Provides assistance to guests upon check in, check out and during their stay.
Essential Duties:
Provides guest assistance with luggage, facility information, and locating local attractions.
Delivers items to guests such as messages, faxes, deliveries and packages.
Provides shuttle services for guests and associates.
Provides door service, greets guests, assists with luggage, directions and opening doors.
Maintains cleanliness of assigned area.
Activates the appropriate emergency procedures in the events such as fire, accident, weather or medical emergency.
Ensures cleanliness of the vehicles and reports vehicle problems promptly.
Keeps lobby area tidy, prepares maps, polishes bell carts and other activities as assigned.
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Performs other duties as require Experience / Education / Certification Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements:
Frequently stands, walks, talks and hears.
Regularly uses hands, reaches with arms and hands.
Occasionally sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls and crouches.
Regularly lifts up to 50 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 100 pounds.
Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:
The ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.

the associates may be required to communicate with English-speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
