HVAC Estimator NEEDED in Roanoke, VA
We are looking for qualified candidates to fill a permanent HVAC Estimator position in Roanoke, VA. Candidates must have commercial/industrial experience and must be able to meet the following
Qualifications:
Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Perform repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems.
Use a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
Perform preventive maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by costumers.
Document work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
Keep current all manufacturers' products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
Provide technical support to customers.
Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
A minimum of 3-5 years of HVAC service experience.
Associates degree, HVAC trade school certification or five years apprenticeship program preferred.
Valid Virginia driver's license.
EPA Approved Universal Technician Certification.
