On top of your base salary:

This isn't a sit in an office and process paperwork type of position.
This is a roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty, and lead by example and consistently coach and train your team to SELL, SELL, And SELL! The best way to lead by example? Have your team see you working with customers to solve their wireless concerns, issues, or problems by selling the customers a new phone and wireless / data plan.
Just make sure you can use your super powers for good, and not evil, and help your team overcome their customers objections, save returns, and drive business to the location.

Identify coaching and training opportunities for your team of 3 - 5 employees Be responsible for a minimum sales and gross profit quota for yourself and the store Train your team to offer new, exciting, and cost saving wireless solutions to your customers Recognize what your customers' need are in regards to accessories, and make sure they leave with all of them.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
