District Manager Trainee
Summary:
Growing Convenience Store Company is looking for an energetic District Manager in the Coastal Carolinas area. This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to grow with a dynamic company. Must be willing to commit to running a single unit as a step to multi-unit supervision. We are looking for someone who is a motivator and mentor, and someone who can guide the their team and develop the talent.
Responsibilities:
Analyze sales results, trends and financials to organize and put plans in place to maximizes sales.
Execute company sales programs.
Ensure store stocks and maintains a good merchandise presentation to maximize sales results.
Recruit, train, build and lead a successful team.
Control key expense lines such as payroll, shrink, cash, supplies, etc.
Maintain a high level of customer service through daily interactions with Associates, Vendors and Customers.
Ensure all safety procedures and company policies are followed.
Requirements:
Multi-unit Retail Management experience
Food service experience is a plus
Strong merchandising skills
Effective recruiting abilities
Leadership & motivational skills
Excellent communication skills
